WOW. My baby is one month old today.... which didn't hit me until Linda called to say Happy 1 Month Birthday.

He's still is loveable cuddly self. Still nursing like a champ and solidly in 0 - 3 month clothes and encroaching on outgrowing a few of them already due to foot size and LENGTH!

One of my playgroups has a questionnaire so I figured I'd copy and paste them here.

Weight: As of last Tuesday, 10 lb

Length: N/A, need to measure him here soon, close to 22 I'm sure

Clothing Size: 0 - 3
Sleep Pattern (or lack there of): 5 - 6 hours then every 2 - 4, or if we start off 4 it's every 4.

How's Nursing Going: AWESOME! He's an eater, which is an understatement

Most Joyous/Awwww Moment So Far: When Reese sits down beside Ashton and they both look at each other and there's this total sense of love between the two.

Most Not-So-Joyous/Awwww Moment So Far: When we thought he had thrush and the Nystatin screwed with his stomach and sleep! And getting peed on pretty much every time I change him!

How are YOU feeling/healing: When I was able to sleep after 48 hours of no sleep great!

Biggest Accomplishment for Mom and/or Baby: Juggling 3 in stores!

Biggest Surprise About Being a First Time Mom or Veteran Mom: How he's always seemed to be here...... and couldn't imagine my life without him

How Are the New Dad's Doing/Handling the Newest Addition & All That Comes Along with a New Baby: AWESOME as always. Scott is super helpful at night with changings, burpings and if he needs to just walk to fall back asleep.

OMG! We've were WITHOUT POWER since 8:02PM LAST NIGHT!! And JUST got it back on!

70mph winds killed most of Akron. Downed trees and everything! I was sweating I'd lose the stuff in the deep freeze as people were saying it would be 1 - 2 days from the power company!!!

HALLELUJAH we don't have to worry about losing anything!

Though I did have to go out and buy more D batteries as our swing was dying and well, Ashton is a swing loving baby.

I'm ESTATIC today!

Even without a lick of sleep, I had just finished pumping about 7 oz of milk few minutes before (yeah, I'm a milk truck, and I still could have pumped more) Linda came to pick up the girls so I was running around getting their stuff together while Ashton slept in the swing for his early morning nap. I figured that I would try a bottle for the first time. I was praying to goodness that he would take it because if anyone remembers RILEY WOULD NOT!!!! At first he tried pushing the NUK nipple out of his mouth, but then he slowly started sucking and then sucked down 3 1/2 oz!! SUCCESS!! Another reason I was praying he would take a bottle is that my monthly Mom's Night Out dinner was tonight. This was going to be my first time away from Ashton since he was born.....

I'm thrilled to report that he did AWESOME with Scott tonight not only with the bottle, but Scott giving him a bath and sleeping in the co sleeper without being in the swing! YAY!

I thought I was going to be really anxiety ridden for being away from Ash, but I didn't. Guess everyone so excited and kinda whiney for having Scott home it wasn't difficult leaving!

Ashton was crying tonight, for me to pick him up, but I had to get dinner plated for the girls and when I went to pick him up I saw he had actual tears in his right eye!

Guess now it's not 100% communication.
